Making Tofu from Soy Beans

Raw dried soybeans


Soaked soybeans


Soy milk, thanks to the immersion blender! This is only soy beans and water.


I forgot to photograph the curds and whey, but here is the tofu! I used the juice of one lemon as the curdling agent. And I know just the recipe to use it in now that fall weather has arrived...


Coconut curry vegetable soup, now with home made tofu!
